As some of you may know, Valentine’s Day was the Chinese/Lunar New Year. For those who don’t know, although Americans and pretty much all of the conformed world celebrates new years on January 1st, selective Asian Cultures follow the Lunar Calendar as well and celebrate New Year’s on the 1st of day of the lunar year, which usually falls somewhere around January/February. Coincidentally enough, this year it was Valentine’s Day.

So, best wishes for the new lunar year to everyone on Collision 28 and beyond.

In other news, many of you perhaps follow Japanese anime pieces like Naruto or Bleach, but lemme throw in some diversity into the mix. Over the course of this New Year, I picked up a new series called Wakfu, which I find pretty nifty, particularly the animation. For those who never heard of Wakfu, it’s basically “French Anime” and when I say “anime,” I mean anime-style-ish.

Wakfu is based on an MMORPG game which is a sequel to a previous MMO game called Dofus. Wakfu, the game and the animated TV series are both done primarily via Flash and the show has been on since October 2008.

As for where to watch these shows, there are some eps up on youtube and a lot them located here:

For those who are familiar with “the underbelly of the internet” known as 4chan, plus4chan is the safe-mode version for the most part. So, hit the link and you should see a list.

Remember, downloading licensed TV shows is wrong.
